Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat sausages as directed on package.
  2. Cut into slices; set aside.
  3. In small microwave safe bowl, combine eggs and milk; beat well.
  4. Cover loosely with microwave safe plastic wrap.
  5. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until set, stirring once.
  6. Place 2 pancakes, side by side, on each of 2 microwave safe plates.
  7. Top each pancake with jam, cooked eggs, cheese and sausage slices.
  8. Cover loosely with microwave safe plastic wrap.
  9. Microwave each plate on HIGH for 1 to 2 minutes or until pancake is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
