Ingredients:

  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup bok choy
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (1oz)
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 12 dashes fish sauce

Directions:

  1. Steam broccoli, carrots, and celery.
  2. Boil water and place noodles in for a few seconds and drain. Then place noodles in cold water for a few seconds and drain completely. Repeat this step.
  3. Coat wok with vegetable oil and start sauteing onions and garlic on high heat.
  4. Add all vegetables and saute on high heat.
  5. Add the salt and sugar.
  6. Add the noodles and continue to saute.
  7. Add the soy sauce.
  8. Add the desired amount of fish sauce.
  9. Using best judgment, tell whether the dish looks ready; be careful because the sauteing can burn the product.
  10. Top with cilantro.
