Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine biscuit mix& parsley in a medium bowl.
  2. Add water.
  3. Stir until soft dough forms.
  4. Turn out onto surface coated lightly with biscuit mix.
  5. Knead 10 times.
  6. Press into an ungreased 10 by 15 jelly roll type pan.
  7. Dough will be very thin.
  8. Bake at 400* for 10 minute until golden& firm.
  9. Cool.
  10. Scramble fry ground beef.
  11. Rinse with hot water to remove extra fat.
  12. Drain well.
  13. Add refried beans.
  14. Mix.
  15. Spread beef mixture on crust.
  16. Combine sour cream& taco mix.
  17. Spread on beef.
  18. Sprinkle sour cream with cheese.
  19. Combine remaining 4 ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  20. Sprinkle over cheese.
  21. Pack down lightly.
  22. Refrigerate 2 hours.
  23. Cut into 1 1/2 by 2 pieces.
