Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sift bajra or wheat flour and salt in a basin.
  2. Rub in 2 tbsps ghee.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Knead to a soft dough with water.
  5. Divide the dough into 10 parts and roll out each into a circle of 3 diameter.
  6. Place 2-3 bhakris at a time on a hot griddle.
  7. Spoon little ghee around them.
  8. Turn and cook the other side till both sides are brown and crisp.
  9. It can be cooked without ghee also.
