Ingredients:

  • 1 2/3 cup white flour
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • scant 2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Stir dry into wet and blend well. Cook on hot griddle. Yummy with blueberries in cakes and peaches on the side. Try any other fruit combinations you want!
