Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 450. Combine all ingredients until dough forms. Divide into 12 equal pieces and place on baking sheet (no need to grease).
