  1. Heat up fry pan and saute garlic and onions
  2. Add red and green peppers sliced up or chopped up
  3. Trader Joes has all three peppers, green, orange and red in the frozen section...
  4. Buy these or use fresh and
  5. Put in a fry pan with olive oil
  6. Squeeze some fresh lemon on top
  7. Add fresh tomato and also some tomato sauce
  8. Add a dab of red wine
  9. Let this cook for a little while
  10. Add garlic or crushed garlic to this
  11. Squeeze some lemon in the fry pan while this is all
  12. Simmering
  13. Serve over Ak Mak crackers or your favorite crackers big enough to spread this on....
  14. Top with some finely chopped up green onions...
  15. This actualy a French Dish
