Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry the Onion in the Olive Oil. Add the White Wine and Garlic and season. Add skinned, quartered Tomatoes, along with the Mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes uncovered. Chill and sprinkle with Parsley before serving. Serves 6.
