Mediterranean Turkey Rice Bake- Crock Pot

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a non stick saute pan with cooking spray.
  2. Add ground turkey, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp thyme and 1 tbsp sage, saute until no longer pink.
  3. Drain, set into crock pot.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese, and mix well.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Garnish with cheese before serving.
