Directions:

  1. Reconstitute mushrooms and preheat oven to 375.
  2. Drain artichokes, reserving liquid. In a skillet, heat liquid over medium heat and then add garlic and onions. Saute until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms, basil, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  4. On prepared crust, sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese. Spread mushroom mixture over the cheese. Top with artichokes, roasted red peppers and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake directly on oven rack for 20 minutes.
