Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1/2 lb of ground pork
  • 1/2 lb ground veal .
  • 1 sleeve of saltines - crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • makes about 30 something meatballs depending on how big your medium is.

Directions:

  1. This is a simple italian meatball but effective when made with the right italian gravy or sauce as most americans would say.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands.
  3. Roll into medium balls onto a baking sheet and bake at 375
  4. For 35 minutes.
  5. Lets stand out of oven for 20 minutes before you taste.
  6. I am asked to make these at all our family gatherings.
  7. I guess they love em!!!!!!
