Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat your oven 500 degrees.
  2. I sprinkle these all over the roast – then rub it in –rub it in!
  3. Pour salad dressing over roast – place roast in the oven 500 degrees for 15 minutes, uncovered.
  4. Then turn oven down to 350 – cook nice and slow for several hours.
  5. I check often to make sure it isn’t drying out.
  6. Sometimes I’ll even set the oven 325.
  7. OH so good!
