Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine first 6ingredients, stirring until mixture is thoroughly blended.
  2. Shape mixture into 6 loaves;
  3. Place loaves on rack of a greased broiler pan.
  4. Spoon barbecue sauce over loaves.
  5. Bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately
  7. NOTE: If you like a lot of sauce, just splash it on to suit you!
