Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup boiling water

Directions:

  1. Combine oatmeal, flour, salt and baking powder
  2. Combine butter, honey and boiling water and add to flour mixture, thoroughly blending
  3. Sprinkle counter with flour, roll out dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut out shapes or score in squares. Place on ungreased bakesheet
  4. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
