Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl combine flour (make sure it's whole-wheat pastry), salt and baking powder.
  3. In blender, puree the bananas; add the applesauce, honey and milk, blend well.
  4. Pour the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and stil til just moist.
  5. Line muffin tins with paper muffin cups, pour in batter.
  6. Bake 30 minutes or til tops are light brown and slightly springy.
