Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water over pumpkin powder. Let soak for 30-45 minute
  2. Cream butter and cane juice til fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, blending thoroughly.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add chopped dried fruit. Add pumpkin mixture to creamed mixture.
  5. Add dry mix to creamed mix 1 c at a time beating well after each addition. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 12-15 minute.
