Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown celery and onions in shortening.
  2. Add hamburger meat and brown.
  3. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and put layer of potatoes, carrots and add rice.
  4. Top with meat mixture and tomatoes.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
