Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time, then, stir in vanilla.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until blended.
  4. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, butterscotch chips, and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto un-greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 14 minutes in preheated oven.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
