  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Coat baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the egg, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix well.
  5. Stir in the zucchini, raisins, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheets.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden.
  8. Do not over-bake.
  9. Allow to cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
