Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Season chicken to taste with cajun seasoning and cayenne.
  2. Deep fry wings at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from oil.
  4. Let wings rest while oil comes back to temperature.
  5. Mix chili sauce, honey and vinegar.
  6. Deef fry wings for another 5 minutes until crispy.
  7. Drain oil from chicken and toss with wing sauce.
  8. Serve with ranch dressing.
