  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Pour oil in iron skillet and heat.
  4. Sprinkle 1 heaping tablespoon of dry ingredients in skillet.
  5. Add Buttermilk and eggs to dry.
  6. Ingredients.
  7. Mix well and pour into hot skillet.
  8. Cook about 25 minutes.
