Directions:

  1. Skin potato and slice it into big cubes.
  2. Boil cubes for 15-30min until tender all the way through.
  3. Drain cubes and transfer to serving fish. Add butter and milk and mash until desired texture is reached. Season with the rest of the ingredients to taste.
