Fried Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil until it's good and hot.
  2. Fry sweet potatoes for about 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from fryer and place on a napkin to drain off excess oil.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Stir to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately.
