Ingredients:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • salt , pepper and paprika to taste

Directions:

  1. Boil and mash potatoes.
  2. Heat the salad oil, add the garlic& fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Add to the potatoes.
  5. Mash until creamy and fluffy.
  6. Serve without delay.
