  1. Boil Potatoes. with garlic and salt. Bring milk and butter to a boil, cover to keep warm.
  2. Mash potatoes. Gradually add hot milk mix until right consistency. Season.
  3. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish Put in dish and top with chives. Keep warm in oven until serve.
