Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add the cream cheese, milk and butter; beat until smooth. Stir in the egg, pimientos, garlic and onion. Spoon into a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 8 servings.
