Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 garlic cloves

Directions:

  1. Chop cauliflower into uniformly sized pieces and microwave for 10 minutes. Add to food processor with all other ingredients until thick and creamy.
