Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrots
  • 2 lb rutabaga

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut the veggies into bite size pieces
  2. Boil for 30 minutes or until soft
  3. Drain and mash
  4. Add butter to taste
  5. Serve as aside with beef on a cold night
  6. Simple and healthy
