Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 bananas , small, saba
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour and baking powder.
  2. Add sugar, egg, and milk; mix.
  3. Flatten peeled chunked bananas into a fan shape.
  4. Dip in batter.
  5. Fry in hot oil.
  6. Roll in sugar.
