Directions:

  1. Mix the seasonings.
  2. Rub over the pork roast.
  3. Put roast on rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  4. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 1-1/2 hours.
  5. Meat thermometer should read 160 degrees.
  6. Let stand for 15 minutes before carving.
