  1. Quantities are not precise, as it depends on how much you enjoy this or that flavour.
  2. Slit the olives lengthways.
  3. Put them in a large-ish bowl.
  4. Add all the other ingredients.
  5. Mix well to evenly distribute all the elements.
  6. Put into a jar and let it rest for about 2 weeks, before you serve them.

  8. Although I only eat the olives, the oil mixture, with the peppers, onion and garlic, goes very well as a dip component, or as a stew seasoning.
