Marinated Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut up chicken wings
  2. Marinate 3 hours or longer (easy to make the night before)
  3. Place wings in pan
  4. Pur small amount marinate over chicken
  5. Back 350 for 1 hour or as long as 2 hours
  6. Every 15 minutes, pour more marinate over chicken
