  1. In a medium bowl, combine tomato soup and sugar, mixing until sugar dissolves.
  2. Stir in vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix in peppers, onions and carrots.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 1 to 2 hours before serving.
