Maple Soy Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove

Directions:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together.
  2. Pour over meat.
  3. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking, preferably on the barbeque. I normally marinate for 1-2 hours if I'm organised enough.
