Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill-chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:

  1. Place carrots in a skillet,pour enough water to just cover
  2. Bring to a boil,over medium heat
  3. Simmer until water has evaporated and carrots are tender
  4. Stir in rest of the ingredients
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes and serve
