Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and pit mangoes and place in large bowl-the messier the better. Cut firm pieces into small, bite-sized chunks.
  2. Sprinkle with juice of 2 limes and mix lightly. Cover and refridgerate.
  3. Hull and slice strawberries. Sprinkle and toss with sugar or substitite,half teaspoon at a time.Cover and let meld for few minutes at room temperature.
  4. Mix strawberries into mango bowl. Add pecans and coconut and mix lightly. Slice lime and place on top as decor. Cover and refridgerate.Goes well with Entenmann's All Butter Loaf cake slices or great as a summer treat by itself.
