Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the peanut oil iln a medium saute pan.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and saute until the onion is translucent about ten minutes. Add the peanuts, ginger, chili and chili powder to the pan and cook unitl peanuts are golden brown about 10 minutes more.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool
  4. Transfer from the bowel and fold in the mangoes, sesame seeds, mint and sesame oil before serving.
  5. Serve with bread, crackers or with roast chicken or sauted shrimp or if one is a vegetarian...put it on top of some morningstar grillers....
