Directions:

  1. Mix mango and ham. Use about half and half or more mango than ham.
  2. Either mix in the balsamic (glaze of vinegar) or just drizzle it on top as you serve it.
  3. Alone, on a cracker or on top of a cucumber slice.
  4. Simple and delicious.
