Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place smoked sausage, bell pepper, purple onion, pineapple chunks, sweet and sour sauce, Tabasco sauce, and jalapeno in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on HIGH for 1–1 1/2 hours or on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or until bell pepper and onion are tender.
  3. Serve on top of a bed of rice, or by itself with a salad.
