Mandi's Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Steam cauliflower.
  2. In a bowl combine mayo, mustard, bacon bits, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mayo mixture over cooked cauliflower.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over mixture.
  5. Bake 375°F for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
