Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. MIx almonds and sugar in small skillet
  2. Cook over low heat in pan stirring constantly until sugar is melted and almonds are coated.
  3. Cool and break apart
  4. Tear salad greens into bite size pieces and place in a large plastic bag
  5. Add chopped celery, green onions and mandarin oranges
  6. Combine dressing ingredients in a tightly covered jar
  7. Shake well and pour over greens in bag
  8. Shake well again
  9. Add almonds just before serving
