Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegtebale oil
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup optional

Directions:

  1. Beat together: Eggs, Squash, oil and Vanilla
  2. Sift and Add Flour soda Baking Powder Salt and cinnimon
  3. Add nuts and rasins to the mixture
  4. Pour into 2 regular size loaf pans {lightly greased and floured loaf pans
  5. Bake 1 Hour at 350 degrees
