Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Combine corn, salt, pepper, sugar, butter and water in a 10-inch skillet.
  2. Cover and simmer 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Combine flour with milk, blending until smooth.
  4. Stir into corn.
  5. Cook five more minutes, stirring constantly.
