Strawberry Coconut Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400°.
  2. Gently heat the sugar, butter and water until the sugar dissolves; let cool.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, strawberries and coconut.
  4. Mix vanilla extract, egg and milk; add to the flour mixture.
  5. Pour in the butter mixture and mix just until combined.
  6. Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
  7. Bake 15-20 minutes.
