Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Put water and about about 1 tsp. of salt to boil.
  2. After it boils, add green beans, then turn it on medium-low for 7 mins.
  3. While cooking, mix together dressing.
  4. Drain and rise with cold water to keep color.
  5. Pour dressing over beans, toss and serve.
