Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 fl oz vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Steam the asparagus for about 10 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients, and serve as dressing poured over the asparagus.
