Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the chiles and onions in oil.
  2. Add the ground beef and stir until browned.
  3. Drain.
  4. Add the tomatoes and salt.
  5. Add chopped black olives (optional)
  6. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes
  7. Parboil the green peppers, stuff with mixture and bake until thoroughly heted snd peppers are cooked.
  8. May be topped with catsup the last few minutes.
