Mama Lane's Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients together in a 5 by 2 inch baking dish.
  2. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
  3. 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Stir 2 to 3 times to keep from burning.
  5. Bake until top brown.
