Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend the ingredients starting from coriander powder to water to a smooth paste.
  2. Heat the oil& ghee in a wok add the mustard seeds fry till the seeds splutter.
  3. Add sliced shallots, garlic,slit green chillies& curry leaves.
  4. Saute till shallot is soft.
  5. Now add the blended paste, fry over low heat till oil separates.
  6. Add thin coconut milk& the cut potatoes.
  7. Boil till potatoes are cooked.
  8. Add the hard boiled eggs& thick coconut milk.
  9. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
  10. Remove from heat.
  11. Serve hot.
