Mackinac Island Fudge II -My Version

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix butter, milk, brown and white sugar together. Bring to a boil and boil EXACTLY 7 minutes stirring the whole time.
  2. Remove from heat add vanilla and powdered sugar and coco, mix till smooth and add nuts.
  3. Put into a 9x13 sprayed pan and put in freezer for 20 minutes.
  4. ENJOY!
